1. Admission License, Conduct, and Validity 

The World of Coca‑Cola (“WOCC”) Annual Pass grants the Passholder a revocable license to enter the attraction. WOCC may refuse admission, revoke access, or eject any guest without compensation if the individual is disorderly or violates WOCC rules or regulations, fails to comply with posted rules or staff instructions, or does not comply with safety or security measures. 

Admission is not guaranteed and may be restricted due to capacity limits, special events, operational adjustments, maintenance, or temporary closures. Some experiences may be unavailable, altered, or closed without prior notice. 

The Annual Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. 

Force Majeure / Unforeseen Closures: WOCC may close, limit, or modify operations without refund or extension due to circumstances beyond its control, including severe weather, government actions, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events. 

2. Non-Transferable and Restrictions 

The Annual Pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name is associated with the pass. Unauthorized resale, attempted resale, duplication, or use of the pass for promotional purposes—including sweepstakes, contests, or giveaways—without written consent from The Coca‑Cola Company is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund. 

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Carry-in food or beverages, smoking, and other prohibited items are not permitted in the venue. All guests and their belongings may be subject to reasonable search and security checks. 

Photography, video, pictures, or reproductions taken at the venue may not be used for commercial purposes. 

3. Non-Refundable and Payment Terms 

The Annual Pass price is $50 per person, ages 3 and older. All sales are non-refundable, including loss, theft, unused visits, or scheduling conflicts. WOCC assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen passes. Pricing is subject to change at any time. 

There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason. 

4. Benefits and Discounts 

Annual Passholders are entitled to: 

• Discounts at the Coca‑Cola Store Atlanta
• Bring-a-Friend discount offers
• Access to special events and tasting experiences 

All benefits and offerings are subject to change at any time without notice, and availability is not guaranteed. 

5. Lost or Damaged Passes 

If an Annual Pass is lost, stolen, or damaged, the Passholder must notify WOCC Guest Services as soon as possible. Replacement passes may be issued at the discretion of WOCC. A replacement fee may apply. WOCC is not responsible for unauthorized use of a lost or stolen pass prior to it being reported. Misuse of a replacement pass may result in revocation without refund. 

6. Legal Provisions 

By using the Annual Pass, the Passholder acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with visiting the attraction. WOCC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND HOLDER OF THIS TICKET EXPRESSLY ASSUMES ANY AND ALL RISKS FOR ACCIDENTS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR LOST OR STOLEN PERSONAL PROPERTY OCCURRING BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE VISIT TO THE WOCC. 

Passholders grant The Coca‑Cola Company and its designees an irrevocable, perpetual right to use their image, likeness, voice, or sound recordings captured onsite, in any media, for any purpose, without compensation. 

Unauthorized resale or duplication of the pass is strictly prohibited and grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Guests must retain their pass at all times.  

Use of the Annual Pass constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein.
