Group forms are monitored during group sales office hours of 8 AM – 4:30 PM EST Monday – Friday. The group sales office is closed on weekends and for all major holidays. If you have a new, last-minute group request when the office is closed, please proceed to the ticketing window upon arrival to make a walk-up group reservation.
