At World of Coca‑Cola, you will experience the world’s most famous beverage in a dynamic, multimedia attraction. Get closer than ever before to the vault that houses the Coca‑Cola secret formula, view hundreds of artifacts, send your taste buds on a trip around the world as you sample beverages, and so much more.

World of Coca‑Cola is open 7 days a week. We close only on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Hours of operation are subject to change. Check today’s hours.

The average visit time is approximately 2 hours.

Parking is available at World of Coca‑Cola parking garage for a fee starting at $20 per vehicle for all parkers. Directions to the garage.

Buses and vehicles larger than 7’H x 8’W x 16’L should utilize the Georgia World Congress Center bus marshaling yard. The Georgia World Congress Center’s marshaling yard offers a large outdoor area for buses and other oversized vehicles. The parking area is secured and offers a lounge for bus drivers. 

The lost ticket fee is $25.

  • MARTA stop W1: Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena.
  • MARTA stop N1: Peachtree Center.

Yes, use the Centennial Olympic Park stop.

Our parking garage is accessible and meets all A.D.A. requirements. You may bring your own wheelchair as World of Coca‑Cola is ADA compliant and offers ample opportunities for guests to make their way around the attraction. A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Click here for more information.

Baby strollers are welcome. Single strollers are recommended due to high traffic during peak attendance times.

Power chairs and mobility scooters are also welcome.

There are 6 EV chargers available at the World of Coca‑Cola parking garage. Spaces can only be used when a charging station is initiated.

All guests will have to go through a security checkpoint upon arrival. Guns, knives, or any other form of weapons are prohibited.

Pets are not allowed. Only guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities, or working dogs in training are allowed inside the attraction. 

We do not offer coat or luggage checks at this time.

Baby changing stations are available in all restrooms. Family restrooms are also available on each floor.

If you have lost an item, please notify any World of Coca‑Cola Ambassador or contact us at woccattraction@coca-cola.com. Lost items are held for 30 days and can be claimed at the Coca‑Cola Store.

Many of our World of Coca‑Cola Ambassadors speak multiple languages. Ask us anything—we’re available to help.

We welcome and encourage you to take photographs and videos to share with your friends and family. There are also on-site photographers that will capture special moments at designated locations in the attraction. You'll receive your own Postcard and can stop by the Imaging Gallery on the second floor in the Taste it! exhibit to view and purchase your souvenir photos. Special pricing for group photo packages is available.

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the attraction. Please note: there is a designated space for smoking at Pemberton Place Park.

World of Coca‑Cola provides free public Wi-Fi access throughout the attraction and outside in the Attraction District.

World of Coca‑Cola is a family-friendly destination, and we kindly request that all guests wear appropriate attire during their visit. To ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone, we ask guests to avoid wearing clothing or accessories with content that may be considered offensive or inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, messaging or imagery featuring profanity, nudity, drug references, sexual content, hate speech, or violence. Costumes, costume masks, and masks that fully cover the face are not allowed. Revealing clothing such as lingerie or bathing suits are not allowed. Shirts/tops, pants/slacks and footwear are required at all times. Guests that do not comply may be asked to leave the attraction. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive atmosphere for all visitors.

For the safety of all our guests, all persons and bags are subject to reasonable search and security checks. All visitors must pass through a security checkpoint before entering the facility. Guns, knives, mace, or other weapons likely to cause bodily harm are not permitted inside.

Yes. There is a separate entrance for the Store.

Yes, the World of Coca‑Cola is designed to be a fun and engaging experience for visitors of all ages and enjoyable for everyone.

All exhibits and attractions at the World of Coca‑Cola are open to visitors of all ages. We strive to create an environment where everyone can enjoy the experience.

Tickets may be purchased online. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance of your visit.

Both ticket types include the same full access to World of Coca‑Cola’s exhibits, films, and experiences. For guests looking to dive deeper, the Guided Tour Ticket includes everything in General Admission, plus a guided experience led by a Coca‑Cola Ambassador who shares insider stories and exclusive insights.

World of Coca‑Cola is currently offering Guided Tours. A Guided Tours ticket gets you access to World of Coca Cola’s exhibits, films, and experiences plus an exclusive 1-hour ambassador guided tour through our most popular areas, skip-the-line photo opportunity with the World of Coca Cola Polar Bear, access to unique photo opportunities, and more! Max groups size is 12 guests. You can purchase your tickets here.

Yes! Atlanta CityPASS® includes admission to World of Coca‑Cola along with your choice of four other top Atlanta attractions. Save up to 49% on admission with one easy mobile ticket and explore the city at your own pace over a 9-day period. CityPASS® ticket holders do not need a timed reservation—just have your mobile ticket ready to scan at the red entry arch when you arrive. Click here to learn more and start saving.

We require a minimum of 10 tickets for Birthday Groups and 15 tickets for all other Groups. 

For Tour operators, group minimums do not apply.

Currently, guests who have purchased a CityPASS do not need an assigned time to visit the World of Coca‑Cola. Once you arrive, please have your pass ready to be scanned. Learn more about CityPASS.

If you need to make a change to the entry time of your ticket, please speak to an associate at our call center. We can help with ticket time adjustments pending availability capacity. In the case of a lost ticket, please provide the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your government-issued ID once arriving at the gate so we can help locate your tickets! Tickets to World of Coca‑Cola are nonrefundable.

If you are simply running late, we will do our best to accommodate you once you arrive at the gate. There is no need to contact us ahead of time to let us know you are running late. If you wish to visit at an earlier time, please visit us at the gate and ask for availability to enter earlier. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges once your visit date has passed.

  • Make sure to add a lunch cart (free of cost) to your order if your group is bringing bagged/boxed lunches that need to be stored while you tour.
  • Make sure to label all lunches with the school’s name, teacher’s name, and student’s name.
  • Organize lunches into boxes/containers if possible.
  • Please ask students to make sure they do not pack items that can easily spoil.
  • Please note that lunch carts are first come, first served. A reservation does not guarantee a lunch cart, but we will do our best to accommodate groups while supplies last.

Our Global Community Affairs Team handles requests for complimentary vouchers for group visits for Title 1 schools. Please reach out to them at globalcommunityaffairs@coca-cola.com for consideration.

If your group is tax-exempt, you must provide one of the following to receive the non-tax rate. Please send this to the group sales office in advance of your reservation by email or fax.

  • Georgia Public Schools/University/College: State of Georgia Certificate of Exemption form (GA ST-5)
  • Georgia Private School/University/College: Letter of Authorization (ST-USC-1)
  • Out-of-state tax exemption forms do not apply.

We currently offer Guided Tour tickets for $45 per person. The Guided Tour tickets include a 1-hour ambassador-led tour where you will be guided through our most popular exhibits and shows, such as an Olympic torch show-and-tell – all exclusive to the private tour. You will also get a skip-the-line photo opportunity with the Coca‑Cola Polar Bear. Tickets must be purchased online, in advance. Max group size is 12. Groups with less than 12 guests may be paired with other smaller groups.

World of Coca‑Cola is available for event rental based on the attraction’s operating calendar. Please contact your Event Manager to ask about available start times. Rental rates include up to four (4) hours of event time. If event guests are still in the event space after the contracted end time, additional rental fees will be assessed. Please refer to your rental contract.
