This November, World of Coca‑Cola will unveil Beverage Lab — its most immersive experience to date. Beverage Lab delves deep into the world of beverages and offers guests of all ages a chance to explore the science, creativity and innovation that fuel Coca‑Cola's diverse lineup of drinks. In Beverage Lab, visitors aren't just spectators; they become active participants in the journey of exploration, creation and inspiration.

Highlights

Throughout the exhibit, guests will have the opportunity to:

• Look Inside: Demystify the process of crafting well-balanced flavors, learn about the science of carbonation and uncover more about ingredients that have nutritional and wellness benefits.
• Taste the Past: Sample storied classics from the Coca‑Cola vault, including fan favorite TaB and contentious New Coke.
• Shape the Future: Participate in the beverage development process by tasting unreleased formulas and providing feedback to help develop the next big hit.

Dive Deeper

Hands-on Lab

People often wonder how new beverage formulas are created — this experience provides some answers and insights. Through interactive, digital stations, guests explore the process firsthand. Concocting their own virtual creations, these aspiring scientists

1.  select and balance flavor profiles,
2.  experiment with bubbles to learn more about carbonation, and
3.  identify beverages with a similar flavor profile on Freestyle and have a taste.

Taste the Creation: Guests will have the opportunity to bring their digital creations to life and taste similar creations on the Coca‑Cola Freestyle machines in the Taste It! exhibit.

Tasting Room

Once guests have learned about the science and magic behind beverage innovation, they can participate in the most critical (and delicious) part of the process: taste-testing.

• From the Vault: Guests have the unique opportunity to try retired formulas from Coca‑Cola's past, including iconic beverages like New Coke and TaB.
• Into the Future: Before new products get the green light, they are tested extensively. Inside Beverage Lab, guests get to sample recipes in development and provide feedback — potentially helping to develop the next big hit to roll out in market.
