Our parking garage is disabled accessible and meets all A.D.A. requirements. Courtesy wheelchairs are available at the ticket window for check out using a photo ID.
Handheld text and audio devices are available at the Guest Services desk in the Lobby.
Baby strollers are welcome. Single strollers are recommended due to high traffic during peak attendance times. Power chairs and mobility scooters are also welcome, however, during peak attendance times, conventional wheelchairs are encouraged.
Braille Guide Maps are available at the ticket windows and at the Guest Services desk in the Lobby.
There are two ChargePoint Level 2 stations available on level 3 of World of Coca‑Cola parking garage.
Spaces can only be used when a charging station is initiated.
Multiple language versions of World of Coca‑Cola Guide Maps are available at the Guest Services desk in the Lobby.
Many of our World of Coca‑Cola Ambassadors speak multiple languages. Ask us anything, we’re always available to help.
If you have lost an item, please notify any World of Coca‑Cola Ambassador or contact us at (404) 676-5151. Recovered items are held for 30 days and can be claimed in the Coca‑Cola Store.
Only guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities or working dogs in training are allowed inside the attraction.
Free phone charging stations are available inside the attraction, so you never miss a thing.
We welcome and encourage you to take photographs and videos to share with your friends and family.
There are also on-site photographers that will capture special moments at designated SharpShooter Imaging locations in the attraction. You’ll receive your own PhotoCard and can stop by the Imaging Gallery in the Coca‑Cola Store to view and purchase your souvenir photos.
Reflective and video captioning is available in select theaters and presentations. Reflective captioning is an innovative technology that projects captions onto a panel in front of the guest. These services are available upon request.
For the safety of all our guests, all persons and bags are subject to reasonable search and security checks. All visitors must pass through a security checkpoint before entering the facility. Guns, knives, mace or other weapons likely to cause bodily harm are not permitted inside.
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed within the attraction.
