An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in public spaces where people are present. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death, particularly for people with underlying medical conditions and senior citizens.  Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to visit. How can you be certain it is safe to reopen World of Coca-Cola now?

  • We have reviewed industry guidance, consulted with many of our peer attractions and partnered with multiple teams within The Coca-Cola Company to determine a date when we feel we can reopen safely.

What is being done to promote the safety and well-being of employees and guests?

  • Our website and onsite signage will encourage guests to act responsibly when deciding whether or not to visit our attraction. We ask anyone who is not feeling well or who has a member of their party who is not feeling well for any reason to visit us at another time so as not to expose our employees and their fellow guests to illness of any kind.
  • In the spirit of being agile, we will continue to adjust and improve these changes to our operation as needed over time.

What if a guest refuses to wear a face covering?

  • At this time, requiring our ambassadors and guests to wear face coverings is a significant step toward protecting the health and safety of our team.
  • We hope our guests will see the value and importance of taking this precaution to protect the health of our team and their fellow guests.
  • Guests may purchase a face mask from World of Coca-Cola if they arrive without one.
  • If guests choose not to wear a face covering, we respectfully ask that they not visit the attraction at this time, and they may shop at cokestore.com.
  • In the spirit of being agile, we will continue to adjust and improve these changes to our operation as we return to retail in this new environment.

What if a guest has a medical condition preventing them from wearing a face covering?

  • Given the unprecedented global COVID-19 pandemic and guidance from the CDC, federal, state and local governments, we are requiring all employees and guests over the age of 2 to wear a face covering while in our retail and attraction locations at this time.
  • These measures, along with temperature screening and social distancing protocols are just some of the efforts we are taking to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and allow us to return to normal operations.
  • If you have questions or would like to provide additional information about your specific circumstances, please approach an ambassador at the entrance to World of Coca-Cola. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide an accommodation that will allow you to enter World of Coca-Cola, we are committed to understanding your unique circumstances and providing an accommodation where we can that maintains the health and safety of all of our guests and employees.

What if I am unable to visit the World of Coca-Cola on the date and time for which I purchased tickets?

  • If you are simply running a little late, we will do our best to allow you entry as soon as capacity allows. However, if you are delayed by an hour or more, please contact us at 404-676-5151 and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Unfortunately, if you are unable to visit on the date for which you purchased tickets, we will need to arrange for you to visit on another date, pending available capacity. Please contact us at 404-676-5151 and we will do our best to assist you.

I purchased a CityPASS, so I have no assigned date or time to visit World of Coca-Cola. How do I know when I can enter the attraction?

  • Currently, guests who have purchased a CityPASS do not need an assigned time to visit World of Coca-Cola or the Taste-It! experience. Once you arrive, please have your pass ready to be scanned at the red entry arch.

Are VIP Tours available?

  • At this time, VIP Tours are not available. However, permitting a limited number of guests to enter each hour will mean our guests will be able to move more freely about the attraction, allowing for appropriate social distancing. Our ambassadors will be on hand throughout the facility to answer any questions you might have, so we hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy all the attraction has to offer.

What if I missed my assigned "Taste It! Entry Time"?

  • Your “Taste It Entry Time” will be listed on your ticket. If you miss your assigned time, please approach the ambassadors at the entrance to the area and let them know.  They will do their best to arrange for you to enter when capacity allows.
  • Please note that arriving on time for your Taste It experience will allow you and your small group to enjoy this new, curated tasting experience, led by one of our knowledgeable ambassadors who will share information on the 10 brands and beverages you will have the opportunity to sample.
  • If you miss your assigned time, you will not be able to enter until capacity allows which might mean an extended wait of 30 minutes to one hour.

Will I be able to enjoy a Coke / Diet Coke / Coke Zero Sugar / Coke Life when I arrive in The Lobby?

  • Our team has worked hard to preserve the most beloved elements of our guest experience while complying with guidelines from health and government officials.
  • We will have several beverage bars set up in the lobby. Our ambassadors will direct your small group to the next available spot.  You will select a can of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero Sugar or Coke Life to take with you and enjoy after your visit.

Will we still be able to see the "Moments of Happiness film / Coca-Cola Polar Bear / Vault of the Secret Formula / 3-D Movie / Taste It! sampling experience?

  • Our team has worked hard to preserve the most beloved elements of our guest experience while complying with guidelines from health and government officials.
    • Guests will now view “Moments of Happiness” in the Loft area rather than the theater, due to guidelines from health and government authorities. We’ll still allow you plenty of time to explore the many artifacts and pieces of memorabilia in this area before you make your way to the Hub, or center of the attraction, to continue your journey.
    • Coca-Cola Polar Bear will be available for photos on a limited basis. He will still be a part of your photos, but will do so from a few feet away, in order to allow proper social distancing.  Initially upon reopening, we will not have professional photography services available, but you make take a selfie using your own device with the Coca-Cola Polar Bear in the background.
    • Enjoy the Vault of the Secret Formula experience as a small group and get closer than ever before to the vault where the secret formula for Coca-Cola is secured.
    • The 3D Movie will be available at the top and bottom of each hour in order to allow our team to comply with guidelines from health and government authorities. Please check signs in the area to determine the next show time.
    • Taste It! sampling experience will be adjusted to comply with FDA guidelines around self-serve beverages. Your tickets, purchased in advance at worldofcoca-cola.com, will show a line stating “Taste It! Entry Time”.  This is your designated time to take part in a new, curated tasting experience for your small group.  A World of Coca-Cola ambassador will lead you through a global tasting adventure where you will sample 10 different beverages produced by The Coca-Cola Company around the world.  Learn interesting facts about the brands and beverages then share your knowledge with your friends when you return home!

What will the Taste It! sampling experience be like?

  • Our team has worked hard to preserve the most beloved elements of our guest experience while complying with guidelines from health and government officials.
  • Your tickets, purchased in advance at worldofcoca-cola.com, will show a line stating “Taste It! Entry Time”. This is your designated time to take part in a new, curated tasting experience for your small group.  The Taste It! sampling experience will be adjusted to comply with FDA guidelines around self-serve beverages.
  • Capacity has been drastically reduced in order to ensure appropriate social distancing, with only 5 small groups of no more than 6 people each in Taste It! at any one time.
  • When you arrive at the entrance to Taste It! at the “Taste! It Entry Time” indicated on your ticket, a World of Coca-Cola ambassador will lead your group to the first of 5 totems.
  • The ambassador will lead you and your small group on a global tasting adventure as you visit 5 totems and sample 10 different beverages produced by The Coca-Cola Company around the world.
  • You’ll learn interesting facts about the brands and beverages, so you can share your knowledge with your friends when you return home!
  • This sampling experience is estimated to take approximately 15 minutes.
  • Please ensure your group arrives at your assigned time. If you miss your slot, you will not be able to enter until capacity allows which might mean an extended wait of 30 minutes to one hour.

Will your professional photography service be onsite to take photos throughout the attraction?

  • Initially upon reopening, we will not have professional photography services available, but you may take selfies using your own devices, including those with the Coca-Cola Polar Bear in the background.

Will I have to wear my face covering in Taste It?

  • The Taste It! sampling experience has been adjusted to comply with FDA guidelines around self-serve beverages. Capacity has been drastically reduced in order to ensure appropriate social distancing. Five small groups of no more than 6 people will be led through a global tasting adventure and sample 10 different beverages produced by The Coca-Cola Company around the world.  We ask that you keep your face covering on until the World of Coca-Cola ambassador leading your group asks you to remove it.  Once you are ready to leave Taste It!, we ask that you wear your face covering.

Will I be able to borrow a wheelchair during my visit?

  • Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide wheelchairs for guests at this time. However, you may certainly bring your own wheelchair as World of Coca-Cola is ADA compliant and offers ample opportunities for guests to make their way around the attraction.

Will I be able to borrow a stroller during my visit? What will I need to do with my child's stroller during my visit?

  • World of Coca-Cola does not have strollers to loan to guests during their visit. However, you are certainly welcome to bring your own so you and your child can make your way around the attraction.

Will I be able to enter the Coca-Cola Store without going through World of Coca-Cola?

  • At this time, guests will not be able to enter the Coca-Cola Store without first going through World of Coca-Cola. This will help alleviate congestion in the retail store and will allow us to control capacity and the flow of guests in order to ensure appropriate social distancing.

Will I be able to try on clothes in the Coca-Cola Store?

  • Fitting rooms will be closed but mirrors are located throughout the store so you can “see” yourself in one of the many great apparel and accessory items we have to offer.

What if I need to return merchandise to the Coca-Cola Store?

  • Please call 404-676-8395 and someone will assist you with a refund since we are currently unable to allow guests to enter the retail store without going through World of Coca-Cola.
