What if I am unable to visit the World of Coca-Cola on the date and time for which I purchased tickets?
If you are simply running a little late, we will do our best to allow you entry as soon as capacity allows. However, if you are delayed by an hour or more, please contact us at 404-676-5151 and we will do our best to assist you.

I purchased a CityPASS, so I have no assigned date or time to visit World of Coca-Cola. How do I know when I can enter the attraction?
Currently, guests who have purchased a CityPASS do not need an assigned time to visit World of Coca-Cola or the Taste-It! experience. Once you arrive, please have your pass ready to be scanned at the red entry arch. Learn more about CityPASS
Are VIP Tours available?
Coke Insider Journey is a new two-hour, VIP experience in which small groups of no more than 10 guests have the entire attraction to themselves. Offered on weekends during timeslots of 8:00 am or 8:15 am, the premium, guided tour includes exclusive features and souvenirs tailored to fans who want to level-up their visit. Guests can purchase tickets for $50 plus tax, children under 2 are free with an adult, or $500 to buy out the full, 10-person timeslot.
What if I missed my assigned "Taste It! Entry Time"?
Your “Taste It Entry Time” will be listed on your ticket. If you miss your assigned time, please approach the ambassadors at the entrance to the area and let them know. They will do their best to arrange for you to enter when capacity allows.
Please note that arriving on time for your Taste It experience will allow you and your small group to enjoy this new, curated tasting experience, led by one of our knowledgeable ambassadors who will share information on the 10 brands and beverages you will have the opportunity to sample.
If you miss your assigned time, you will not be able to enter until capacity allows which might mean an extended wait of 30 minutes to one hour.
Will I be able to enjoy a Coke / Diet Coke / Coke Zero Sugar / Coke Life when I arrive in The Lobby?
Our team has worked hard to preserve the most beloved elements of our guest experience while complying with guidelines from health and government officials.
We will have several beverage bars set up in the lobby. Our ambassadors will direct your small group to the next available spot. You will select a can of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero Sugar or Coke Life to take with you and enjoy after your visit.
Will we still be able to see the "Moments of Happiness film / Coca-Cola Polar Bear / Vault of the Secret Formula / 3-D Movie / Taste It! sampling experience?
We’ll still allow you plenty of time to explore the many artifacts and pieces of memorabilia in this area before you make your way to the Hub, or center of the attraction, to continue your journey.
Coca-Cola Polar Bear will be available for photos on a limited basis. He will still be a part of your photos, but will do so from a few feet away, in order to allow proper social distancing. Initially upon reopening, we will not have professional photography services available, but you make take a selfie using your own device with the Coca-Cola Polar Bear in the background.
Enjoy the Vault of the Secret Formula experience as a small group and get closer than ever before to the vault where the secret formula for Coca-Cola is secured.
The 3D Movie will be available in order to allow our team to comply with guidelines from health and government authorities. Please check signs in the area to determine the next show time.
Taste It! sampling experience will be adjusted to comply with FDA guidelines around self-serve beverages. You will sample 10 different beverages produced by The Coca-Cola Company around the world. Learn interesting facts about the brands and beverages then share your knowledge with your friends when you return home!
What will the Taste It! sampling experience be like?
The Taste It! sampling experience has been adjusted to comply with FDA guidelines around self-serve beverages. Capacity has been drastically reduced in order to ensure appropriate social distancing. Your Group can sample 10 different beverages produced by The Coca-Cola Company around the world.
Will your professional photography service be onsite to take photos throughout the attraction?
Our VIP Photo Pass will still be available for you to purchase when you reserve your online tickets in advance.
Will I be able to borrow a wheelchair during my visit?
You may bring your own wheelchair as World of Coca-Cola is ADA compliant and offers ample opportunities for guests to make their way around the attraction. A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available on a first-come-first-served basis. To receive a wheelchair, guests must exchange their driver’s license or state-issued ID and then return the wheelchair to reclaim their ID.
Will I be able to borrow a stroller during my visit? What will I need to do with my child's stroller during my visit?
World of Coca-Cola does not have strollers to loan to guests during their visit. However, you are certainly welcome to bring your own so you and your child can make your way around the attraction.
Will I be able to enter the Coca-Cola Store without going through World of Coca-Cola?
Yes, please proceed to the main entrance of the World of Coca-Cola.
Will I be able to try on clothes in the Coca-Cola Store?
Fitting rooms will be closed but mirrors are located throughout the store so you can “see” yourself in one of the many great apparel and accessory items we have to offer.
What if I need to return merchandise to the Coca-Cola Store?
