
Our first installment of the Cooking with Coke series at the World of Coca-Cola was a big hit with our guests! Virginia Willis seamlessly blended Southern and French roots into a memorable experience.
Virginia began with Coca-Cola Glazed Baby Back Ribs - she wanted to show that you can serve ribs as an appetizer because of the built in handle. She then moved on to Bourbon and Barqs Root Beer Sweet Potatoes, paired with her Braised Short Ribs with Pomegrand - clearly demonstrating the difference between pork and beef ribs. Virginia closed the show with Minute Maid Orange Juice Brown Sugar Shortcakes, which was the perfect sweet ending!
