When you purchase tickets online, you will receive an email containing an attached print-at-home ticket. Please open the attachment and print your ticket at home and bring it with you when you visit. This is your admission ticket.
If you purchase tickets via phone and receive a confirmation number either by phone or email, please bring that with you to any World of
If you received an email with an attached print-at-home ticket, access the email again to reprint it. If you've already deleted the email or don't have access to your email account, go to any ticket window at the World of
Please call (404) 676-5151 or 800-676-COKE (2653) daily between the hours of 9am to 6pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and 9am to 5:30pm after Labor Day until Memorial Day to speak to a representative and make any adjustments.
Ticket prices for groups of 25 or more represent a $1.00 discount off regular General Admission ticket prices. To qualify for group ticket rates, 25 or more tickets must be purchased in a single transaction by calling our Group Sales line at 404-676-6074. You can also purchase group tickets at walk-up ticket windows (based on availability). Get info on group discounts.

If you find you will no longer be able to participate in the VIP Guided Tour at the scheduled time you purchased, please speak with our Call Center at (404) 676-5151 or 800-676-COKE (2653) so they may either cancel your purchase or try to accommodate you and your party on another guided tour. Please note that no refunds will be offered for unused tickets or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of VIP Guided Tours.
