IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

  • All AV must be submitted a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the event.
  • If the 5 DAY DEADLINE is not met, a $250 late processing fee will be due in addition to a $50/hour formatting fee should our AV Technician need to adjust the presentation(s) to work properly.
  • If the parameters below are not followed exactly, we cannot ensure quality.
  • 4 hours of AV Support is included within your rental fee.
  • A $50 per hour charge will be billed if reformatting, testing, set-up, etc. exceeds the 4 hours of AV support time which is included within your rental fee.
  • If you require the presence of our AV technician on-site during your event and have already utilized 4 hours of technical support, a $50 per hour charge will apply.

TICKETING MONITORS

Ticketing Monitors
  • We can display multiple jpeg images or PowerPoint files on all 5 monitors.
  • Only 1 file can play across all 5 monitors at a time.
  • Installation takes 1 hour of the 4 hours of AV support time which is included within your rental fee.

LOBBY WALL

  • JPEG (.jpg), MPEG 2 files (.mpg), Windows Media files (.wmv), and QuickTime files can be played on the Lobby Wall monitors.
  • A resolution of 1360 x 768 or above is required for jpeg images. Lobby Wall - Right Lobby Wall - Left
  • All content in MPEG 2, WMV, or QuickTime must be 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • Only 4 images may be displayed on 7 of the 30 monitors.
  • These 7 monitors are spaced evenly across the wall with the other monitors displaying a Coca-Cola multi-color liquid graphic.
  • Installation of static files takes 2 hours of the 4 hours of AV support time which is included within you rental fee.
  • Installation of video files takes 3 hours of the 4 hours of AV support time
    which is included within your rental fee.

  • We can play JPEG files or PowerPoint files on this monitor.
  • Installation of files takes 1 hour of the 4 hours of AV support time which is included within your rental fee.

COCA-COLA LOFT WALL

  • We can play a DVD without audio on all 5 flat screens.
  • Must be built with a loop setting.
  • Must be built with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • Data must come from a Laptop, PowerPoint or JPEG file.
  • Please note we cannot use audio from a media source in this area.
  • Installation of files takes 1 hour of the 4 hours of AV support time which is included within your rental fee.

COCA-COLA CONNECTIONS WALL

  • 2 flat screen monitors on the lower level of the Hub.
  • We can use 1 DVD on both monitors or we can use 2 different DVD's (1 for each monitor).
  • No audio can be used on these monitors.
  • Must build DVD with a loop setting.
  • All content must be 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • Installation of files takes 1 hour of the 4 hours of AV support time which is included within your rental fee.

Live Positively Display

LIVE POSITIVELY DISPLAY

  • 1 flat screen monitor on the upper level of the Hub.
  • We can play a regular DVD or a Blue Ray DVD.
  • Content must have a 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • No installation time required.

  • We can play a DVD, Blue Ray, or laptop file.
  • DVD or Blue Ray disc must be built with a loop setting.
  • Installation of files takes 1 hour of the 4 hours of AV support time which is included within your rental fee.

TASTE IT: 400 Brands Wall

  • 8 flat screen monitors
  • We can play MPEG 2 files only. All mpeg 2 files must have an audio codec installed regardless of if audio will be used, and must be less than 1GB in size.
  • Resolution must be 720 x 480, 16:9, MP@ML Program Stream.
  • We can take PowerPoint files and convert to mpeg but we cannot pull transitions out of PowerPoint as these are a built in feature inside of PowerPoint (no fade or dissolve). Another Look at the Taste It! 400 Brands WallTaste It! 400 Brands Wall
  • We can also convert a DVD to mpeg but the DVD will constantly loop (audio is optional, but would loop as well if turned on).
  • NOTE: If you send content in 4:3, the monitors are 16:9 widescreen and your content will stretch. If you don't want it stretched then you will see vertical black bars on each side of the content (letterboxed).
  • Installation of files takes all 4 hours of the 4 hours of AV support time which is included within your rental time.
  • Should files be submitted out of specification, and installation time requires more than 4 hours, a $50 per hour fee will be charged for reformatting. No reformatting will occur until the client approves the necessary time overage.

TASTE IT: SAMPLING BAR

Taste It! Sampling Bar
  • 1 Flat screen monitor
  • We can play DVD's, jpeg's and PowerPoint files.
  • Files must be set to loop.
  • No installation time required for 1 file.
  • Should you need multiple files to play, then installation will take 1 hour of the 4 hours of AV support time which is included within your rental fee.

GOBOS

Gobo's on the FloorGobo's on the Wall
  • Gobos can be displayed on the Hub wall above the grand staircase and on the Taste It! floor.
  • A gobo is a template or pattern cut into a circular metal or glass plate used to create patterns of projected light.
  • The World of Coca-Cola gobo projectors are ETC Source Four Leko and can be equipped with pattern holders for Size B (79mm) glass and steel gobos.
  • We require that the client orders each gobo with a pattern holder and deliver them to the WOCC already mounted and ready to install into the projectors within 5 business days of the event.

Note: The World of Coca-Cola AV System is Windows Compatible ONLY. Mac files will not play on our equipment. A Mac can only be used in the Theaters where a projector is the source. Please notify the WOCC if you plan to use a Mac for a projector presentation.
